Careful work.
A clear scope.
If masonry has deteriorated beyond a surface repair, rebuilding the affected part of the chimney may be the more suitable option.
We assess the visible condition, discuss the extent of the proposed work and provide a written scope. Access, shared ownership, existing flues and the surrounding roof all need to be considered before the work starts.
What we can include
- Assess the visible condition and proposed rebuild scope
- Plan safe access and scaffolding
- Carefully take down the agreed section
- Rebuild and finish the masonry as specified
- Complete the agreed flaunching, chimney pot and leadwork repairs
- Remove waste and leave the site clean
Your written quotation confirms the exact work, access arrangements and costs for your property.
Rebuilt.
Carefully finished.
New chimney blockwork, followed by the completed render and adjoining leadwork.

Your questions.
Answered.
Do I need a full rebuild?
Not necessarily. We assess the condition before recommending a repair, partial rebuild or a more extensive scope.
Will scaffolding be needed?
Access is assessed for each property. Scaffolding is usually a separate cost, clearly explained in your quotation and erected before the AKM start date.
