When a roof has widespread wear or repeated failures, replacing the covering can provide a more complete approach than a series of isolated repairs.
We quote for full strip and reroof work, with materials and details agreed for the property. Depending on your roof and quotation, the work can include:
- Removing the existing roof covering and disposing of the waste
- Inspecting exposed roof details and reporting defects before additional work is agreed
- New roofing membrane and battens
- New slate or tile coverings, including fibre cement slates where specified
- Ridge and hip details, including suitable dry ridge and dry hip systems
- Maintaining or renewing leadwork, flashings and roof junctions as specified
- Ventilation details appropriate to the proposed roof build up
- Leaving the work area clean and removing roofing waste
